1. We informed them not to contact us again in regards to that as they will be voilating the anti-spam legislation (Our council is on stand by).
2. We have notified http://www.antispam.gov.hk/ and raised a issue against the company.
3. We have also notified http://www.ftc.gov/spam/ and raised a issue against this company.
Hope it will help some one who wants to take a stand against this spam tactics.

todaynic.com is a 9 year old domain name, so one would assume them to be legitimate, but todaynic.gd.cn is more recent (just over 2 years old). You’re right, whether they are otherwise legitimate or not, this is the same scam as the others.
